For the past couple of years, we’ve become a venue partner of Seedstars World, a global startup competition based in Switzerland, and we’ve witnessed a lot of startups that made history in the country.

People nowadays are taking positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle. We’ve become more and more aware of the food we consume and of our daily activities. Our goal has always been to help our coworkers eliminate excuses and unhealthy habits, so we curate events that will give them more motivation to keep a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle.
For instance, we’ve tied-up with fitness institutions such as Electric Studio, the biggest indoor cycling studio in Manila, to give our coworkers an exclusive spinning session every month.
Community Events
A community event is an ultimate ice-breaker for your busy coworkers, no matter how hard it is to get their attention sometimes—maybe because they have deadlines to beat or an important call to take. You have to find the right time to surprise them with treats like pizza day, weekly community breakfast, or a wine session! That’ll remind them to take a break from their excel sheets and mingle with their coworkers.
Music & Film Festivals
Besides coffee, what do your coworkers have in common? In our case, we noticed their passion for music and film as they share their Spotify playlists or even a list of their favorite films. So we participate in events such as Fête de la Musique (World Music Day) and throw a free concert every year since it brings our coworkers together along with visitors around the city.
