UnionSPACE launches its first co-living space in Thailand!

UnionSPACE launches its first co-living space in Thailand!

Another UnionSPACE center has risen—and in a few weeks time, UnionSPACE will open another door in the city where all Tuk-tuks swarm and delicious Pad Thais are made—Bangkok, Thailand!

To give you an idea, we’ve launched a few coworking and co-living spaces in other Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and here in the Philippines bringing you a rich and cultural experience with US. In the past few months, we’ve been celebrating and sharing culture and values of our global communities through traditional food, music, and activities.  Last May 2018, our Philippine community threw an Indonesian feast to bring a little of UnionSPACE Indonesia vibes in Manila.

Acceler8 by UnionSPACE serves traditional Indonesian snacks, Mi Goreng bowls, and Krupuk.

Now, we’re excited to announce that our community can now swing by UnionSPACE Thailand for business meetings and networking purposes. Here’s what we can spill for now about the space:

Stroll along the alley of Soi 61

Stroll along the alley of Soi 61

Situated in the quaint street of Soi 61, this 1,400 sqm building is just a few steps away from BTS train station and Park Lane where you’ll find the most old-fashioned cafés, restaurants, bars and traditional health & wellness centers.

Perhaps you can check out some of these interesting spots around:

The Local

The Local

Craving for traditional home-cooked Thai food? You’ll find The Local in the Asoke area of Sukhumvit. If you’re not that familiar with Thai cuisine, it usually mixed with ingredients such as lemongrass, pandan leaves, tamarind, coconut milk and other savory spices. We recommend the Pia Ta Pien Tom Kem! A simmered and slow cooked fish that comes with their special sauce!

Baan Puen Bar

Baan Puen Bar

Live music, good food, and booze are all you need after a long day at work. With its rooftop setting and cozy ambiance, Baan Puen Bar which means “Friend’s House” in English is indeed a place where you can make new friends over a drink or probably over your fascination about their unusual furnishings that include beanbags, bunk beds, and tropical decors.

Benjasiri Park

Benjasiri Park

Wanna take a little stroll in the park? Benjasiri Park is well known for its wellness and sports facilities such as jogging paths, volleyball and basketball courts, skateboard parks, playgrounds, and yoga area, but if you just need to breathe fresh air, contemplate and relax, you can lie down under a tree by the lake or probably invite your pals for a picnic and spot some squirrels and turtles.

No more nodding off at your desk

Sleeping pods at UnionSPACE Thailand!

Sleeping pods at UnionSPACE Thailand!

We can’t bear the sight of you falling asleep at your desk after having a hard day at work, so we built a couple sleeping pods where you can take a nap and sleep your worries away. We’ll make sure it’s comfy enough to put a smile on your face!

All day refreshments to keep you FRESH and alive!

All day refreshments to keep you FRESH and alive!

Bangkok can get a little warm, so just like any of our spaces we’ve made sure that we’ll never run out of fuel to keep you hustling. Coffee, tea, cocktails, you name it! One useful tip: Ask your coworkers to join you! Trust us, a lot of our members hit it off and became good business partners over coffee and tea. 🙂
