This quarantine has changed a lot of our daily routines and working out is one for most people. With the gyms still closed due to quarantine protocols, the new normal has made staying fit and motivated more challenging. Don’t be too worried though because Yana Abad of F45 teaches us a quick workout that we could do in the space of our own home! So get your towel and water ready for this quick high-intensity workout!
Warm up – 15 seconds each workout
- High Knees
- Jumping Jacks
- Alternating Side lunges
- Squat Twist
- Hip thrusters
The workout – 30 seconds work 10 seconds rest (2 sets each station)
- Squat pulse jumps
- Ice skaters
- Inchworm push-ups
- Shoulder tap to Mountain Climbers
- Bicycle Crunches
