Where are Acceler8's coworking spaces?
We have three spaces in Makati City: Salcedo Village (7F Finman Building, 131 Tordesillas St.), Legazpi Village (UB 111 Paseo de Roxas) and Rockwell Center (5F PHINMA Plaza, 39 Plaza Drive).
How much is coworking in Makati at Acceler8?
A day pass is ₱560. Monthly plans are Gold at ₱3,500 for 10 visits over 3 months, Platinum at ₱5,500 for unlimited visits in a month, and Quad at ₱20,000 for four people. Every plan includes internet, free-flowing coffee and tea, printing and local calls. Coworking runs at Legazpi Village and Rockwell Center.
How much is a dedicated desk?
A dedicated desk is ₱15,000 a month at Legazpi Village and ₱18,000 a month at Rockwell Center, with a one-month minimum. It comes with your own desk, chair and lockable pedestal, plus 5 hours of meeting room use a month.
Can I rent a private office for my team?
Yes. Serviced offices are available at all three branches, furnished and ready on day one. Pricing is by quotation based on team size and term, VAT inclusive, and includes a business address, a phone handset and 15 hours of meeting room use a month.
Do you offer a virtual office with a Makati business address?
Yes. Virtual office plans start at ₱17,575 for the Silver plan, on 6, 12, 24 or 36-month terms. You get a Makati business address with mail handling and forwarding, access to the meeting rooms and coworking space, and, depending on the plan, a local phone number with call answering.
Can I book a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Meeting rooms start at ₱1,344 an hour on weekdays, with six rooms for 10 to 20 people at Legazpi Village and Rockwell Center. Every room includes coffee, tea and water, a smart TV or projector, a whiteboard and WiFi.
