Information we collect

When you book a tour, send us a message, or join the newsletter, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your preferred branch and visit date. When you visit a center, we keep the sign-in records required to run the space securely.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule tours, respond to inquiries, administer memberships and bookings, process billing, and send service updates about your branch. If you have joined the newsletter, we send occasional news and events; every send includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses a small number of cookies to keep forms working and to measure, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. Analytics data is anonymised and is never used to identify an individual visitor. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any page.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run bookings, billing and email, and, where your membership includes Passport access, with UnionSPACE and vOffice to activate that access. Each provider is bound to use it solely for that purpose.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for two years and membership and billing records for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Records are stored on access-controlled systems, and only the staff who need them to serve you can view them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we have no legal duty to keep it. Email us using the details below and we will respond within fifteen business days.
