Acceler8 is your partner in offering clients beautiful and functional work spaces in the Makati CBD.
We have a variety of plans with flexible terms that are meant to meet your client’s office requirements.
Our lease agreements are flexible with no heavy upfront deposits required, allowing your client to expand and downsize as necessary. Acceler8 workspaces are fully furnished and equipped to accommodate a team of 3 to up to 50 people. Your client doesn’t need to worry about construction costs, network setups, and infrastructure.
All they need to do is bring their laptops and we’ll take care of the rest!

A: All you need to do is fill out our partner broker form so we can get your contact details. Make sure you have your PRC License and Certificate of Registration updated too! We will be requesting this before any claiming of broker incentives.
A: We send our partner brokers a monthly newsletter of our available private offices across all Acceler8 locations. You may also inquire through our hotline 7917 8118 or connect@acceler8.ph
A: In order for us to assist, we will be requesting you to endorse your client’s full name, email address and contact number. If you can also share client's requirements and preferences, that will help speed up the process.
A: We usually like to work side by side with our partner broker so we can build a good working relationship. There may be chances wherein the client will directly connect with us. Perhaps for follow up questions or a second look at the spaces. Rest assured, we will stay transparent and continuously update on the progress.
A: You will receive 10% of the total initial contract period of up to 12 months!
A: We will release your fee within 15 days from receiving the client’s signed contract and payment of all deposits and advances.
